Refund and Exchange Policy

1.1 Refund Policy

• Cancellations Made in Advance: For bookings canceled 48 hours or more before the rental start time, a full refund will be issued.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental start time may be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking amount.
• No-Shows: If you fail to pick up the vehicle at the agreed time and location without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
• Force Majeure: Refunds for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., flight cancellations or emergencies) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

1.2 Exchange Policy

• Vehicle Swaps Before Rental Start: You may request a change in the booked vehicle up to 24 hours before the rental starts, subject to availability.
• Vehicle Swaps During Rental Period: If there are any issues with the rented vehicle, One11 will provide a replacement vehicle at no extra cost, depending on availability.
