- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A confirmation email or SMS will be sent once your booking is processed.
1.2 Vehicle Usage
- The rented vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was delivered, excluding normal wear and tear.
- The renter is responsible for any damages, fines, or violations incurred during the rental period.
1.3 Insurance
- Comprehensive insurance is provided, but excess charges may apply for damages not covered under the policy.
- Additional coverage options can be purchased at the time of booking.
1.4 Late Returns
- Late returns may incur additional charges as outlined in the rental agreement.
- Customers are advised to inform One11 in advance if they anticipate delays.
1.5 Maintenance and Repairs
- Any mechanical issues should be reported immediately.
- Unauthorized repairs are prohibited and may result in additional charges.
